Amigo Tek does not believe in sending spam to our
customers. Any e-mails sent will be only to those
customers that opt to receive updates about our
website and products.

We have taken all possible precautions to ensure safe
online ordering for our customers. Our order form is on
a secure Yahoo server with all payments processed
through Paypal and Yahoo's processing.

We want to be sure that you receive a quality product at
a fair price. All of our packaged accessory items meet
or exceed the original manufacturer's specifications
and we simply will not sell low end or poor quality
products. For example, all of our car chargers have
built in IC circuitry and they all use circuit breaker
technology (NO FUSES).

All items have a 30 day return policy (with a 10%
restocking fee) plus a one year limited warranty offered
by the manufacturer against manufacturer defects
unless otherwise noted here. Any items returned for a
refund or exchange must be in new and resalable
condition and upon return must include the original
packaging and a copy of the invoice. Any items
returned for a refund or exchange must be returned
within thirty (30) days. There are no refunds or
exchanges after thirty (30) days. All items returned for
a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items
returned for exchange will be promptly processed.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on
any refund or product exchange. We will pay shipping
to return the replacement items to the customer.
